Some kind of truth?

It's interesting to see...things are changing fast.

The people know that there's always been something foul, and distrust most politicians, and what they hear in the news, but when it came to the big things, they thought they wouldn't be lied to. They believe that the government and the media wouldn't really lie to them, or hurt them.

But I think for a lot of people, this climategate thing will really change their outlook. When the story was first breaking, none of the mainstream media were covering it, and if you watched TV news, you'd have no idea what was going on. And as time went on, instead of picking up on the ever-increasing discussion around the story, the networks went on, happily reporting on Tiger Woods and the couple that crashed the White House party.

But their unwillingness to address a real issue has just resulted in a loss of credibility. CNN looks like a joke now. Fox News, while mildly better, has had to talk more and more about the truth to avoid losing credibility. Beck and Limbaugh are trying to let out just enough truth to keep their listeners, and undermine the real change that's beginning to occur.

The more that the mainstream ignores important issues, and tries to whitewash the truth with lies, the more they lose their viewers, and their credibility. Between 9-11 Truth and Climategate, the mainstream has pretty much lost any authority it may have had.

So, as a response, people are starting to look for the truth. Jesse Ventura's new show had record numbers for TruTV, because people will seek out the truth, wherever it is. Remember, this from the only guy I've ever heard on TV talk about the simple truth of same-sex marriage.

And for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, it's time to wake up and get a clue!
